Fully Licensed Childcare
Weekdays 7:30am-5:30pm
Current location: Subsidized childcare for ages 18 months to 12 years.
155 Chain Lake drive location opens end of year:
Subsidized spots is from 4 months to 12 years. Infants are welcome.
Saturday Program
Fun Arabic hands-on program for children ages 4+ years
Sunday School
Academic Quran, Arabic, and Islamic Studies school for ages 5+ years

Choose from a wide variety of hands-on and professional learning opportunities.
Academic Tutoring
Experience professional and qualified tutors for all ages and a variety of subjects.
Youth Camps
Keep learning and be creative! SCA camps are offered for all age groups.

SCA runs multiple community events thoughout the year.
About SCA:
Silver Crescent Academy is a faith, community based educational institute. SCA has been established since 2009 to serve the HRM community, Nova Scotia. It is founded, directed and managed by women.
SCA provides multi-faceted services including and not limited to:
- Fully licenced Childcare (subsidised)
- Training /workshops (all ages)
- ESL (Teaching English as a second language)
- Academic Tutoring
- Arabic/ Quran Programs
- Youth Camps
- Community outreach events and programs
- Family consultations
